摘要
对传统刃片状和球齿钎头实现了扬长避短的“飞龙”4 0、4 2 - 4P1C锥体连接复合钎头 ,配合使用强度和耐磨性均佳的新型G30 8、YJ2 .1R凿岩硬质合金 ,其使用寿命为我国目前广泛流行的锒YG11C合金片的4 0、4 2一字形钎头的 3倍以上 ,是具有显著高效、低耗特点的换代产品 .
Flying dragon' 40 and 42-4P1C insert and button complex type bits have developed the strong points and avoided the weak points of traditional ones bits. When they are used with new G308, YJ2.1R cemented carbide for rock drilling tools with extreme toughness, their service life is three times as much as that of the chisel bits set YG11C insert now used widely in China. At the same time, they maintain remarkable characteristics of high drilling speed and low consumption and will be likely to replace other bits.
