摘要
对三樱椒下胚轴愈伤组织的分化及植株再生进行了研究。结果表明 :(1)NAA(萘乙酸 )和BA(6 苄基腺嘌呤 )的浓度比值对愈伤组织根的分化有重要作用 ,其比值越大 ,越有利于根的分化。 (2 )细胞分裂素在苗的分化中起决定作用 ,KT (激动素 ) 2mg/L和KT 2mg/L +NAA 0 0 2mg/L +PP3 3 3 (多效唑 ) 0 0 1mg/L配合使用对苗的诱导效果最好。BA 2mg/L也可诱导苗的分化 ,但苗的分化率很低。
