With the aid of the simplest apparatus, two most practical and simplest methods of multi spore collection and a fast and effective method of single spore isolation were designed.They are of great benefit to the solution to the key problem of economical macro fungi breeding and hereditary variation.Furthermore,they will do a significant basic working for the popularization of research in this field.
