摘要
以红宝玉树莓带腋芽的茎段为外殖体进行试管繁殖 ,筛选出各培养阶段适宜的培养基分别为 :①腋芽萌发阶段 :MS +6 BA 0 5mg/L ;②分化及继代阶段 :MS +6 BA 1 0mg/L +IBA 0 1mg/L ;③生根阶段 :1/ 2MS +IBA 0 5mg/L +NAA 0 5mg/L。
By using stem segments with auxiliary buds as explants, tube propagation of Boyne red raspberry was studies The results indicated that the appropriate media for respective culture stages were:① for germination of the auxiliary buds: MS+6 BA 0 5 mg/L; ② for differentiation and subculture: MS+6 BA 1 0 mg/L+IBA 0 1 mg/L; ③ for rooting: 1/2 MS+IBA 0 5 mg/L+NAA 0 5 mg/L.
