摘要
用人工合成的寡聚核苷酸 (GT) 10 为探针产生 8个家系鸡的HaeⅢ酶切微卫星DNA指纹图谱。遗传距离分析结果表明 :计算所得到的遗传距离与鸡的实际遗传背景一致 ,说明在缺少DNA指纹分析的小卫星探针或基因组探针的情况下 ,用合成容易。
Chicken HaeⅢ DNA fingerprint maps were generated using synthsized(GT) 10 oligo nucleiotide as a probe. Genetic distance calculated from them showed that the results were in accordance with the genetic constitution of these poultry. This result suggests that it is feasible to generated fingerprint maps with low price oligo nucleiotide probe.
