摘要
本文通过分析探讨当前施工合同管理中存在的问题 ,提出了在施工管理中应增强法律意识 ;强化政府监管 ;健全和完善合同管理制度等措施 ;对建筑市场的规范、健康发展会起到一定的推动作用。
Stating on problems of contracts management in construction projects,the paper hold that to promote the standardization and healthy development of construction market,it is required to enhance legal consciousness in construction management,strengthen the supervision of the government,draw up and improve regulations for construction management.
