摘要
利用晚熟桃 90 - 11- 36当年生健壮枝条上的嫩芽做外植体 ,进行离体组织培养 ,通过大量的反复试验 ,成功地进行了由外植体培养无菌苗、快速扩繁、诱导不定芽生根以及生根植株的移栽 ,筛选得到了不同阶段激素的最佳组合 。
Detached tissue culture was carried out by using buds as external plants of the healthy current-year branches of late maturing Prunus persica 90-11-36. Through repeated experiments, cultivation of bacteria-free seedlings from external plants, fast breeding, induction of rooting of unstable buds and transplantation of rooted plants were conducted successfully, and the optimum combinations of hormones at different phases were sorted out, thus reviving systems of Prunus persica were established.
