鉴定水稻灌浆期叶片光合作用与籽粒灌浆切合程度的新指标 被引量:12

摘要 以 10个水稻品种为材料 ,研究了源库增量比及其与有关植株产量性状和光合生理指标的关系。结果表明 ,(1)源库增量比在水稻品种间存在基因型差异 ,说明该指标可作为生理育种指标 ;(2 )源库增量比与籽粒充实度及结实率之间存在多项式的关系 (P<0 .0 1) ,表明该指标越接近于 1,其籽粒充实度及结实率越高。 (3)源库增量比与光合功能期及灌浆期的瞬时光合速率均存在显著或极显著正相关。 The relationships between the ratio of source to sink in increment (RSS) and its related yield traits as well as photosynthetic indexes were studied with ten rice varieties in this paper. The results showed that: (a) the difference of RSS among genotypes in rice was significant at 1% level, indicating it may be used as an physiological index for rice resource screening; (b) there were the polynomial relationships between RSS and percentage of grain filling (PGF) and seed setting (PSS), showing that if this index is closer to 1, PGF and PSS are higher; (c) the relationships between RSS and relative steady phase of chlorophyll content (RSP) as well as photosynthetic rate in grain filling stage were all positively significant at 5% and 1% levels, respectively.
