不同Xa21转基因杂交稻组合的大田试验与分析 被引量:8

摘要 在北京、四川和江苏等地对 Xa2 1转基因杂交稻进行了大田释放实验。分别对转基因纯合的 3个恢复系明恢6 3- X a2 1、盐恢 5 5 9- Xa2 1和 C4 18- X a2 1与各种不育系配组的 2 3个杂交组合进行了抗性和农艺性状分析。在不同的杂合遗传背景下转基因 X a2 1稳定遗传和高效表达 ,所有杂交组合均具有对白叶枯病的广谱抗性。转基因恢复系配制的杂交组合与原组合相比 ,在生育期、株高、着粒数、结实率、千粒重和产量等其它农艺性状上 ,均无明显差异 ,其产量水平与试验当地生产上主要杂交稻对照组合接近或相当 ,因此可以进行扩大规模的大田实验。 The Xa21 transgenic hybrid rice combinations were tested under field conditions in Beijing, Sichuan, Jiangsu and other regions. The three homozygous transgenic restorer lines Minghui63 Xa21 , Yanhui 559 Xa21 and C418 Xa21 , were crossed with different CMS lines to produce 23 transgenic hybrid rice lines. These different transgenic hybrid rice combinations were evaluated for their bacterial blight resistance and/or other agronomic traits. The transgenic hybrid rice lines with different genetic backgrounds inherited the transgene Xa21 form their transgenic parents and expressed a high resistance with a wide spectrum to Xanthomonas oryzae pv. oryzae (Xoo). No obvious variations in the investigated agronomic traits including growth duration, plant height, grains per panicle, setting percentage and 1000 grain weight were observed between the transgenic hybrid rice lines and the control hybrids. The yields of Xa21 transgenic hybrid rice combinations in different productive regions were grossly equivalent to their controls. The Xa21 transgenic hybrid rice combinations will be tested further on a large scale in the field.
