目前,我国证券市场正在经历从规模扩张向规模扩张与结构调整并重的过渡时期,结构问题日益突出。本文试从融资、投资、品种、交易及监管等方面探讨我国证券市场的结构缺陷问题 ,并提出相应的调整战略。

Now, our stock market is transiting from scale to scale and structure, so the question of structure is coming forth. This paper will point out the structure deficiency of our stock market from financing, investment, species, trade and supervisal, and give the strategy of adjustment.
