This article centers on the significance of quality education at the angle of undergraduate mathematical contest in modeling.Mathematical modeling and its process,as well as the undergraduate mathematical modeling contest are introduced in it,from which the importance of open thougnts and creative consciousness are drawn forth.Thus a conclusion is made:colleges should not only produce elementary talents in single special fields;on more repuisite task is to train high-quality comprehesive talents in mult-fields through quality education.
