就师资队伍建设中存在的问题 ,阐述如何从统一思想认识、提高服务意识、增强相互了解。
The article deals with the problems existed in bringing in teachers,and discusses the relevant countermeasures about how to seek unity of thinking and how to improve service attitude in order to promote understanding and harmonious teaching circumstances.
