Evaluation of Water Quality-Induced Water Shortage above Bengbu Sluice on Huaihe River for 2001

通过对淮河干流蚌埠闸上 2 0 0 1年度城市用水水质性缺水量的评价分析 ,显示水质性缺水具有针对性、时间上不可调性、区域异同性及用户间不可调性 4个特性 ,并提出供需结合和危害等级评价两个评价原则。

The evaluation of water quality-induced water shortage above the Bengbu Sluice on the Huaihe River for 2001 shows that the water shortage has 4 characteristics, i.e. different degrees of shortage for different consumers, different degrees for different regions,invariability with time,un adjustability between users. It is also proposed that in evaluation the relationship between water demand and supply and the degree of harm should be taken into account.
