全球化时代城镇体系规划理论与模式探新——以广东省阳江市为例

A NEW APPROACH ON THE URBAN SYSTEM PLANNING THEORY AND MODEL IN THE ERA OF GLOBALIZATIONA CASE STUDY OF YUANGJIANG

简单总结了不同阶段城镇体系规划理论发展的主要特点 ,分析了当前我国城镇体系规划实践中取得的成就与存在的问题。基于全球化和新国际劳动地域分工的背景 ,提出了基于都市区理论和产业空间规划、以都市区为核心的城镇体系规划新思路。在新的规划思路指导下 ,阐述了全球化时代城镇体系规划的主要研究内容 ,并结合广东省阳江市市域城镇体系规划 ,试图在实践中证实这一新思路。

This paper briefly concluded the main characters of the theoretical progress on urban system planning in different stages, and then analyzed the current achievements as well as its problems of urban system planning. Based on the background of globalization and the new international division of labor, the paper puts forward a new way of urban system planning that taking the metropolitan area as the core, which based on the metropolitan theory. Under the guide of the new planning way thoughts, the paper expounded the main contents of urban system planning in the era of globalization, trying to testify this new way of regional urban system planning through the urban system planning in Yangjiang City, Guangdong province.
