摘要
通过对黑河水利枢纽工程混凝土骨料生产过程中富余的大量 2 0~ 40 mm砾石与砂子在不同掺和比例下的试验研究 ,提出了利用富余砾石的方法。研究表明选择砾石和砂子掺和料时 ,采用松填密度最大、孔隙率最小情况下所对应的掺砂率作为上游围堰的垫层料 ,沉降量较小 ,而且是稳定的。
In this paper, the means of taking advantage of margin 20~40mm ballast is brough forward, which is that ballast and sand will be mixed by different admix proportion in concrete aggregate processline of the hydrojunction engineering of Heihe. Investigation indicate that the mixture of ballast and sand may serve as bedding stuff at the most loose mixture density and the least porosity of mixture, when settlement is lesser and the bedding stuff is steady.
