摘要
阐述了教书育人的内涵 ,分析了教师独白的原因及后果 ,指出只有师生对话 ,才能从根本上改善师生关系 ,激发学生的积极性和开创性 。
This paper deals with the connotation of imparting knowledge and cultivating people. It also analyzes the reasons and consequences of teachers' monologue. Furthermore, it points out that the relationship between teachers and students can be improved only by conversation between them so as to stimulate students' motivation and realize the combination of imparting knowledge with cultivating people.
