长治市布鲁氏菌病50年流行状况分析

Analysis of the prevalent situation of brucellosis in Changzhi city in recent fifty years

目的 总结长治市 5 0年来布鲁氏菌病 (布病 )发病资料 ,从中提取有价值的信息 ,为进一步做好布病的防治工作 ,提供可靠的依据。方法 收集 5 0年长治市各县区疫情报告资料以及畜牧部门的资料 ,输入计算机 ,利用 SPSS10 .0软件进行统计分析。结果 长治市 5 0年来共发生布病 72 4例 ,其中 1996年 1月 - 2 0 0 0年 12月发病达 317例 ,占 4 3.78% ,布病有上升趋势 ;而作为主要传染源的羊、牛免疫率不高 ,检疫数量有逐年下降趋势 ,不利于控制布病的流行。结论 防治人员必须认清形势 ,找出工作中存在的问题 ,制定有效的策略和措施 ,迅速遏制布病上升势头。

Objective To provide reliable evidences for the preventive working of brucella and understand the state of this disease in Changzhi city.Methods We have collected the human data from report forms and investigation reports of brucellosis and data of livestock from animal husbandry bureau. All the data were put into the computer and analyzed by SPSS 10.0.Results The data showed that 724 cases of brucellosis had happened in Changzhi during 1950-2000,but 317 cases(43.7%) from 1996.1 to 2000.12. This disease tended to go up year by year. Sheep and cattle as the major infection source of people, the rate of immune was very low(less than 61%) and the rate of surveillance decreased from 3.74% in 1980s to 0.15% in 1990s.Conclusions We must strengthen the prevention and cure of the brucella infection among the animals and improve people's protection consciousness and holdback the present situation.
