摘要
在微波辐射下 ,以SnCl4·5H2 O为催化剂催化合成了柠檬酸三丁酯 最佳反应条件 :醇酸配比为 1:3 5 ,催化剂用量为 1 2g ,微波功率为 36 0W ,微波辐射时间为 2 0min ,产率为 92 % 实验结果表明反应速度快 ,产率高 ,操作简便 ,腐蚀性小 .
The synthesis of Tri(n-butyl) Citrate catalyzed by SnCl 4·5H 2O was studied under microwave irradiation.The optimum reaction condition were as follow :the ratio of citric acid to butyl alcohol was 1:3.5(mol/mol),mass of catalyst was 1.2g (based on 0.1mol citric acid), microwave irradiation time was 20min at 360w. The yield reached 92%.Experimental results showed high reactive rate, simple operation, high yield and lower corrosion.
