摘要
以素质教育和现代教育理论为指导 ,从化工专业特点出发 ,探讨了化工专业生物化学工程课程的教学改革措施 。
Teaching reforms of biochemical engineering in accordance with chemical engineering speciality are discussed under quality education and modern educational thoughts. Some improvements of biochemical engineering on textbook choosing, contents of course, teaching methods are put forward for the chemical engineering speciality.
