摘要
随着微电子工艺向深亚微米发展 ,使在一个芯片中可以集成很大的系统成为可能 ,另外较大门数的可编程逻辑器件的出现为实现这种系统提供了很方便和经济的途径。本文采用指数加减速控制 ,并用VHDL语言设计 ,实现了三轴步进电机加减速和常速控制模式 ,其参数调整方法简单 ,而且可以做出专门的数控硬件模块 ,为在一个或几个芯片上构造更大数控系统作准备。
As microelectronics processing techniques marches into nanometer scale, it is possible to integrate very large systems on a single chip. On the other hand, with the development of large gates PLD, it is convenient and cheap to implement the system by this method.Programming in VHDL, this work provides the constant and varied speed control methods for 3-axis step motors. Since the varied speed control is exponential in nature, it is easy to set parameters, and design the special NC hardware components, then preparing for the construction of large NC systems on single or multi-chips.
