摘要
介绍了数控型高真空电子束焊机的基本组成及工作原理 ,对电子束焊机的控制原理和作用进行了分析 ,提出用可编程逻辑控制器对电子束焊机进行整机逻辑控制、计算机对工作台实现CNC控制。根据焊机的技术要求 ,设计了PLC的控制软件和计算机的CNC软件、计算机和PLC之间的通信接口电路 ,并对焊机的工作过程及软件设计进行了详细地说明。设备运行表明 :焊机的控制系统硬、软件功能完善、工作可靠、设计合理 ,满足生产工艺的需要。
This paper reports and analyzes the form and working principle of CNC (Computerized Numerical Control) electron beam welding machine. And it proposes that the electron beam welding machine is controlled by FX2N-80MR PLC (programming Logic Control),and uses computer CNC program to control working table. According to the controlling systems of electron beam welding machine and welding technology requirements, the form and function about hardware and software of electron beam welding machine and CNC program are described in detail in this paper. The run shows that they work reliably and the function is perfect.
