摘要
作者认为从以下几个方面出发开展热处理的技术改造是很必要的 :①改进热处理控温技术 ,实现控温自动化 ,使热处理工艺控制水平跃上新台阶 ;②渗碳、碳氮共渗、表面热处理实现微机控制 ,老设备换新貌 ,节能降耗效果好 ,显著提高热处理工艺技术水平 ;③改造中频感应热处理设备 ,满足复杂零件表面感应热处理要求 ,适应市场发展需要 ;④消化、吸收国外先进技术装备与自主开发、创新相结合 ,提升企业技术结构 。
The authors believed that the following points should be regarded as main directions for heat treatment technology reconstruction:①The new level of processing control is achieved through improving temperature monitor and intellectualizing control technology;②The technical promotion of used equipment is realized through microcomputer controlling for carburizing and carbonitriding with less energy consumption;③This paper also indicated some functional reinforcement of mid-frequency induction heat treatment machine to meet the induction heating for complicated-shape parts;④The maximization of economic benefit and enhance of the technology structure of an enterprise can be achieved by integration of the study advanced technology and equipment abroad combined with the development and creating by ourself.
