摘要
研究了应变速率对煤巷锚杆用Q2 35钢、热轧和淬火高温回火 2 0MnSi钢力学性能的影响。发现与常规拉力试验相比 (应变速率为 2 5× (10 -4 ~ 10 -3 )s-1) ,当应变速率为 4 6× 10 -6s-1时 ,Q2 35钢屈服强度降低 14%~ 18% ,热轧和淬火高温回火的2 0MnSi钢屈服强度分别降低 4%和 1%。分析了应变速率对钢强度的影响。研究结果对于在岩石蠕变条件下工作的煤巷锚杆的设计。
The effect of low strain rate on strength of Q235 mild steel,20MnSi steel which are hot-rolled and quenched then high temperature tempered have been studied in this paper.The research results show that yield strength of Q235 steel is decreased by about 14%~18%,and that of 20MnSi steel hot-rolled and quenched then high temperature tempered are respectively decreased by about 4% and 1% at about 4.6×10 -6 s -1 of strain rate compared with common tensile test,i.e.2.5×(10 -4 ~10 -3 )s -1 of strain rate.The mechanisms of the effect of low strain rate on strength of these steels are discussed.The research results have a great importance to the design,choosing and application of rockbolt steels applying to the conditions of rock creep in coal mine roadways.
