摘要
讨论了Ni W SiC复合镀层与氮碳共渗复合强化的组织结构及性能。结果表明 ,氮碳共渗后复合镀层的硬度和耐磨性远高于未氮碳共渗的复合镀层。扫描电镜结果表明 ,在共渗处理中 ,复合镀层存在硬度梯度 ,且基体中的铁向复合镀层扩散 ,形成“钉扎效应” ,显著提高了镀层与基体的结合力。X射线衍射表明 ,复合镀层经氮碳共渗后 ,产生很多新相 。
Effects of nitrocarburization on properties and structure of Ni-W-SiC composite coating were studied.Results show that the hardness and wear resistance of the Ni-W-SiC composite coating after nitrocarburizing are greatly superior to those of the coating without nitrocarburizing.Scanning electron microscope displays that there are a hardness gradient and a diffusion layer between the coating and matrix, forming'nailing effect'. So the binding force is increased considerably after nitrocarburizing.X-ray diffraction demonstrates that many new phases are produced and the hardness and wear resistance of the coating are enhanced greatly after nitrocarburizing.
