摘要
介绍了研制的新型NiCrWTi合金涂层 ,分析NiCrWTi合金涂层常规工艺性能。结果表明 ,涂层的质量稳定 ,组织结构致密 ,结合强度高 ,耐腐蚀性能好。采用真空电弧离子镀技术沉积NiCrWTi合金涂层 。
The new NiCrWTi alloy coating by vacuum arc ion plating was introduced.And the conventional technical property of NiCrWTi alloy coating was analysed.The result showed that the NiCrWTi coatings possess advantages such as stable quality,compact microstructure,high binding strength and the good corrosion resistance.NiCrWTi alloy coating with the technology of vacuum arc ion plating should be a new effective method for depositing multi-alloy coating.
