Normalizing Treatment for Exporting Gears Made of Steel 8620H Forgings

针对 8 6 2 0H钢齿轮锻件热处理存在的质量问题 ,对加热温度、冷却方式等进行了大量的试验和研究 ,并对毛坯正火过程中的组织转变进行了深入细致的分析。在此基础上 ,提出了正确的正火工艺 。

Instead of the original heat treatment process of steel 8620H forgings for exporting gears,a lot of experiments and study were carried out in relation to normalizing temperature and cooling methods in this paper.The microstructure transformation during the forging normalizing process is also analysed in detail.on the basis of above mentioned,the author made a suggestion about proper normalizing process.
