摘要
综述了油气开发中的CO2 腐蚀特点、机理及预测模型 .CO2 腐蚀是一种典型的局部腐蚀 ,腐蚀产物 (FeCO3)或结垢产物 (CaCO3)在钢铁表面不同的区域覆盖度不同 .不同覆盖度的区域之间形成了具有很强自催化特性的腐蚀电偶 ,CO2 的局部腐蚀就是这种腐蚀电偶作用的结果 .建立CO2 腐蚀速率预测模型对于油井管和集输管线的抗腐蚀设计具有重要意义 .
The paper reviews the features,the mechanism and the forecast model of CO 2 corrosion in oil and gas exploitation.Generally,CO 2 corrosion is a typical localized corrosion,which causes a serious economy loss.The corrosion product(FeCO 3) or scale (CaCO 3) deposited on different areas of steel.With different coverage,different areas form some corrosion couples with self-catalytic feature.It is the corrosion couples that result in CO 2 localized corrosion.It is of great significance to establish a forecast model of CO 2 corrosion for protection of tubes and design of anti-corrosion in oilfield.
