摘要
研究了稀土元素加入后原位TiCp/Fe复合材料微观结构的变化。结果表明 ,稀土元素在Fe Ti C熔体中可形成细小的稀土复合化合物粒子 ,能促进TiC增强体的非均匀形核 ,并使组织中原位TiC颗粒的尺寸增加、数量减少 ;与此同时 ,添加稀土元素有效地改善了组织中Fe2 Ti相的分布 ,晶界上已无明显的Fe2 Ti相存在 。
Effects of RE addition on the microstructure of in situ synthesized TiC p/Fe composite have been studied. The results showed that fine RE compound particles can be formed in Fe Ti C melt with the addition of RE, which promotes the heterogeneous nucleation of TiC particulate, leading to increase in size and decrease in quantity of in situ TiC particulate. Moreover, RE improves effectively the distribution of Fe 2Ti phase in microstructure and there is no obvious Fe 2Ti phase along the grain boundary, which is beneficial to improving properties of the materials.
