摘要
主要研究ReplicastCS复合工艺的气化模的成型工艺、制壳工艺、失模工艺及紧实负压工艺 ,采用该工艺可解决用消失模工艺铸造碳钢。
The forming of expendable pattern, shell making, lost pattern, compaction and vacuum technologies of Replicast CS compound method (EPC CS) were studied. The problems of carburization in cast carbon steel, stainless steel in EPC can be resolved by means of this technology.
