摘要
研究了 15钢在不同热处理条件下的显微组织和拉伸性能。结果表明 ,发展岛状 (F +M)双相组织和纤维 (F+M)双相组织是提高 15钢强塑性的有效途径。探讨了亚温淬火与亚温形变淬火的最佳工艺 。
In the different heat treatment conditions microstructure and tensile properties of 15 steel have been studied. Experimental results showed that developing island-type(F+M) and fibrous(F+M)dual-phase structures is effective methods for improving strength and ductility of 15 steel. It probed the best process of quenching and deformation quenching at inferior temperature. The process-hardening behavior of dual-phase steel has been discussed.
