摘要
轮辐式剪切力传感器与传统的拉压式传感器相比 ,具有精度高、滞后小、重复性好、线性好、抗偏心载荷和侧向力的能力强、结构高度最小、重量轻等优点 ,因此这种传感器在大、中量程测量方面有着广泛的应用 ,并具有良好的市场前景。围绕着该产品的主要特点 ,基于其物理基础、变换过程及设计原则 ,讨论了他的设计计算 。
A new type sensor was designed for measure of cut load. Compared with normal draw-press one, this sensor was accurate, little lag, fine repetition and linear, compact structure, light and useful for eccentric load. Based on the physical and mathematics principle, calculation of design and function were also showed.
