摘要
分析了齿轮式金刚石修形滚轮对珩磨轮的修形机理。用自制金刚石修形滚轮在内、外啮合珩齿机上进行了修形及珩齿加工试验 。
The dressing principle of honing wheels by the gear type diamond dresser is analyzed. The wheel dressing and gear honing tests are carried out on an internal honing machine and an external honing machine with the homemade diamond dresser. Test results prove that the dressing precision of the diamond dresser can meet the challenge of gear honing.
