Specific Hui community culture not only has influence on its members,but also exerts certain positive and negative effect on education system of schools within communities.In order to develop preschool education of Hui nationality,families,communities and kindergartens should be jointly cooperated to improve the quality in running schools.It is vital to attach importance to the ability that communities have in running schools,to have their support and give publicity to inhabitants in Hui nationality communities so as to change their views on preschool education.The characteristics and function of the language of Hui Nationality make it possible to integrate modern preschool education with Hui native culture.
