地方课程为国家课程的重要补充 ,东乡族自治县以多元文化教育理念为参照背景 ,从认同和冲突的视角剖析东乡族青少年的民族心理特点 ,以及从语言学和心理学的角度分析东乡语对学生汉语学习、认知发展的影响 ,确定地方课程的目标。
