民族地区进修院校担负中小学教师综合素质继续教育的管理工作 ,履行着继续教育的参谋职能、指导职能、研究职能和协调职能 ,实际上也就是各级继续教育管理机构在项目培训中的职责功能。

Further education colleges in ethnic minority regions are charged with administrative work of contining education in forstering comprehensive qualities of primary and middle school teachers.They do their duties in advice,guidance,research and coodination of contiuing eduction.Actually,they play a functional role of administrative departments of various levels in traing programs of continuming education.
