本文以现代社会的发展为背景 ,探讨了当代青年的道德困惑和道德失范现象及原因 ,提出培育与时代发展相适应的道德人格 ,培养他们的道德主体精神 ,提高他们的道德修养 ,是使青年走出道德冲突与困惑的关键所在 。

The paper discusses the phenomena and reasons of moral perplexity and problems of contemporary youth in terms of the development of modern society,puts forward to nurture the moral personality fitting in with the times,cultivates their moral subjective spirits,improves their moral accomplishments,which is the key to make youth out of the moral conflicts and perplexity,and analyzes how to educate the youth's moral personality.
