摘要
由于垃圾填埋汤污染 ,周边工业及生活废水中总磷、总氮严重超标等原因导致东白沙河水库水质污染 ,并于 1999年首次暴发蓝藻。应采取关闭垃圾场、严格执法。
The East Baishahe Reservoir was seriously polluted due to the pollution of garbage interment and the over discharge of Phosphate and Nitrogen in waste water of living and industry nearby.In 1999,the blue alga in the reservoir exploded.Garbage interment plant should be closed,law effectively enforced and biological control measures taken.
