摘要
在一台 75t h电站燃煤锅炉上 ,设计建造了基于双循环流化床烟气悬浮脱硫技术工艺的脱硫装置 ,烟气处理量为140 0 0 0m3 h ,该脱硫装置主要特征是循环灰采用两级分离 ,内外双重循环方式和石灰浆液采用多层喷浆方式 .介绍了该装置的系统组成、工作原理、工艺流程、工业化实验结果 .实验表明 :当Ca S =1 3,ΔT =10℃时 ,脱硫效率达 90 %;固体颗粒物的循环使脱硫效率提高 15 %左右 .
Based on intermediate experimental study, industrialization unit of double circulating fluidized bed was designed and used in the {75t/h} utility boiler of Qingdao thermal power plant. The flue gas flow rate of this unit is 140000*!m+3/h ,the main character of the unit are double circulation of solid particle and multiplayer spray of lime slurry. The systems components, working principles, and industrialization experimental results of this unit were introduced. The results showed that unit can operate stablely with low drag friction. Under the condition of Ca/S=1 3 and ΔT=10℃, the desulfurization efficiency was over 90%, the desulphurization efficiency was increased by 15% through the recycle of solid particle.
