摘要
建立了用荧光分光光度计作为流动注射分析的检测器 ,用自行研制的流通池测定垃圾渗出液中苯酚的新方法。方法的线性范围为 0 .0 9~ 0 .6mg/ L,检出限为 5 μg/ L。用于垃圾渗出液的测定 ,结果与 4-氨基安替吡啉法无显著性差异 ,回收率在 96%~ 10 3 %之间 ,该法具有选择性好、灵敏度高。
A new method for phenol determination in rubbish percolate is described Fluor escence spectrophotometer was used as the FIA detector A flow pipe developed b y ourselves serves as the FIA flow cell.The linear range of this method is 0 0 9 to 0 6 mg/L, whereas its detection limit is 5 μg/L No significance discrep ancy between the proposed method and the standard 4-AAP method was observed, whe n it was applied to rubbish percolate analysis The recovery is in the ran ge of 96%~103% This method has the advantage of good selectivity,high sensit ivity and good precision.
