摘要
对某湖泊某点 2 4小时 ,每隔两小时 ,按 0 .5、1.5、2 .5米水深采水样调查。结果表明 ,该点微囊藻毒素对数与时间、叶绿素、总氮、藻细胞数和化学需氧量有关 (R2 =0 .5 5 9,P=0 .0 0 7)。一天 2 4小时微囊藻毒素有三个峰 ,尤以晨曦和黄昏为高。将时间和深度相结合 ,可以发现 2 0 :0 0到 2 4:0 0点水深 2 .5米处微囊藻毒素水平较低。
