湖泊水中微囊藻毒素与富营养化指标的相关关系及时空分布规律研究 被引量:2

摘要 对某湖泊某点 2 4小时 ,每隔两小时 ,按 0 .5、1.5、2 .5米水深采水样调查。结果表明 ,该点微囊藻毒素对数与时间、叶绿素、总氮、藻细胞数和化学需氧量有关 (R2 =0 .5 5 9,P=0 .0 0 7)。一天 2 4小时微囊藻毒素有三个峰 ,尤以晨曦和黄昏为高。将时间和深度相结合 ,可以发现 2 0 :0 0到 2 4:0 0点水深 2 .5米处微囊藻毒素水平较低。 On september 9, 1999, water sample were collected every two hours and three leve ls and different index were detected The results of stepwise regression showed that the quantity of logarithm microcystins(MC) related with chlorophyll a, cel l numbers of cynobacteria and chemical oxygen demand during day and night time (R 2=0 559, P=0 007) The round detection during 24 hours showed that ther e were three peaks of MC (2~6,10~14, 18~22 hour), especially in dawn and dus k When during 20~24 hour, in the 2 5 m deep, the concentration of MC was lo wer
