摘要
阐述了环境监测站开展实验室认可的意义及实验室认可的理念。指出开展实验室认可是适应加入WTO后与国际接轨的需要 ,是适应体制改革和市场经济发展的需要 ,是提高环境监测技术和质量水平的需要。提出实验室认可的理念是 :服务客户 ,赢得市场 ;领导作用 ,制胜关键 ;全员参与 ,共同提高 ;按章行事 ,减忧增效 ;建立机制 ,培育人才 ;持续改进 。
The significance of laboratory accreditation for environmental monitoring and the idea of laboratory accreditation were expounded. The goal of application of laboratory accreditation for environmental monitoring is to catch up with the development and need caused by WTO and system reform and market economy, and to improve environmental monitoring technique and quality. The principles of laboratory accreditation for environmental monitoring include: to serve customs and to win the market, to win the support from leaders, to participate all stuff, to establish system for personnel cultivation, and to improve and perfect continued.
