高等院校利用信贷资金是高校法人实体的内在要求,是市场经济的必然,是高校快速发展中缓解资金矛盾的必然选择。高校应积极筹措信贷资金。利用信贷资金要搞好银校合作,利用信贷资金要适度,要与办学规模相适应。规避贷款风险,应对贷款项目要慎重选择,充分考虑还款能力,制订还款计划,切实管好用好信贷资金,提高贷款资金的使用效果。
It is the internal requirement of a body corporate for colleges and universities to use credit funds and this is a necessity in market economy and a certain choice to revive the problem of funds in the quick development of colleges and universities . They should make actively use of credit funds. the cooperation of banks with colleges and universities should be strengthened , and the utilization of credit funds should be moderate and keep pace with the development of the colleges. To avoid risks , loaning items should be carefully chosen. Consideration shoud be given to payoff ability, a payoff plan should be made and the credit funds should be properly administered in order to improve the effect of using funds .
