摘要
以三苄基氯化锡和吗啉荒酸钠为原料,合成了三苄吗啉荒酸基锡.通过X-射线单晶衍射测定了它们的晶体结构.晶体结构为:三斜晶系,空间群P-1,a=0.984 17(16)nm,b=1.081 63(19)nm,c=1.378 8(2)nm,a=72.850(3)°,β=88.895(3)°,γ=64.231(3)°,Z=2,V=1.252 8(4)nm3,Dx=1.469 g/cm3,μ=1.204 mm-1,F(000)=564,R=0.032 8,wR=0.099 5(I≥2σ(I)),对配位中心锡原子而言,属于五配位的扭曲三角双锥结构.
The (PhCH2)3SnS2CN (C4H8O) was synthesized by the reaction of tribenzyltin chloride with morpholinyldithiocarbamate, its crystal structure was determined by X-ray single crystal diffraction. The crystallographic data are as follows:triclinic,space group P-1,a = 0. 984 17(16) nm,b=1. 081 63(19) nm,c = 1.378 8(2)nm,α=72. 850(3)°,β=88. 895(3)°, γ=64. 231(3)°,Z = 2,V = 1. 252 8(4) nm3,Dx=1. 469 g/cm3,u = 1. 204 mm-1 ,F(000) = 564,R = 0. 032 8,wR = 0. 099 5(I≥2σ(I)). The structures comsist of discrete molecules containing five-corrdinate tin atoms in a seriously distorted tigonal bipyramidal configuration. The unit cell comtains two independent molecules that are practically superimposable.
