Zn^(2+)、Ca^(2+)及其相互作用对大蒜根尖生长和细胞分裂的影响

摘要 用不同浓度的Zn2+、Ca2+和Zn2++Ca2+溶液处理大蒜鳞茎发现;Ca2+能抑制Zn2+的毒害,明显提高细胞分裂比率,促进根尖生长,降低异常细胞比率.基本趋势为根的长度和细胞分裂比率为Ca2+>Zn2++Ca2+>Zn2+,异常细胞比率为Ca2+>Zn2+>Ca2++Zn2+. Garlic bulbs were treated with solutions containing Zn2+, Ca2+ and Zn2+ plus Ca2+ respectively and the results showed that Ca2+can relieve the Zn2+ toxicity, increasing the percentage of dividing cells greatly, lowing the percentage of abnormal cells. At the same time it was found that the growth of root tips was enhanced by Ca2+ addition. The general trend in the effects of different treatments on the root growth and percentage of dividing cells was Ca2+>Zn2++Ca2+>Zn2+. The trend for the percentage of abnormal cells was Ca2+>Zn2+>Zn2++Ca2+for the same treatments.
