In order to achieve required stabilities of pump lasers and make laser diode work at a constant temperature, we designed a stable temperature control system and set up its theoretical model. We got an optimized control plan after concrete analysis. This system was cooled(warmed) by adopting TEC with two-way current. Many types of temperature sensors can be used. The PID processor and a good result have been achieved.
