1420铝锂合金回归再回火析出δ′相行为 被引量:6

The Precipitation Behavior of δ′ Phase in 1420 Al-Li Alloy Treated by Retrogression and Reaging

摘要 采用小角 X射线散射技术研究了回归再回火处理 1 42 0铝锂合金 δ′相的形成和粗化 .结果表明 ,再回火 5h析出的 δ′相与基体之间存在过渡区 ,该过渡区经再回火 48h处理后消失 ;之后 The formation and the coarse of δ′ phase in 1420 Al-Li alloy treated by retrogression and reaging were investigated by means of small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) technique. It was found that there existed a transition zone between δ′ phase and matrix for 5 h reaging treatment, and the transition zone disappeared for 48 h reaging, then the coarsening of δ′ particles was caused by their swallowing up each other.
