This paper discusses the development status quo,the important achievements and the existing problems of modern educational technology in China.Then it analyzes the development perspective of modern educational technology-that the educational informationization is improving education modernization realizes base-education's speediness development, and that modern IT hastening the development of modern education medium technology creates better teaching environment. Modern distance learning will develop more speedy as the important instructive form of enlarging educational scale and popularizing all-life education.
