人力资本、资本积累和技术创新是经济发展的三大要素。资本积累是经济增长的直接要素,技术创新能打破靠资本积累促进的增长极限,使增长持续下去,而人力资本又是技术进步之源。三大要素有机结合是经济快速发展的动力源泉。
Human capital,capital accumulation and technological innovation are the three factors of economic development. Capital accumulation is the direct factor of the economic growth, technological innovation can break through the growth limitation relied on by capital accumulation, and human capital is the source of technology. Therefore, these three factors are the source of the economic development.
