摘要
文章提出了数字鸿沟的有关问题 ,介绍了什么是数字鸿沟以及它的现状。介绍了发达国家解决这一问题的方法 。
This paper put forward the problem of digital divide,and introduce what is digital divide and it's present conditions,and recommend some methods that developed countries use to solve this problem.Finally,some solutions that should be used in China are discussed in this paper.
