Position of Financial Talent Training

在原先各高校设置的货币银行学、国际金融、保险、投资经济等专业都被统一为金融学专业 ,但对统一后的金融学专业人才培养定位问题有两种不同的观点。通过调查研究和分析讨论 ,认为通用型、专通结合型这两种不同类型的人才培养各具特色 ,各有市场需求层 ,不可互相替代 。

Revising the specialty content in 1998 integrates varied specialties which higher institution set up formerly into discipline of Finance,such as Monetary Banking?International Finance?Insurance?Investment economics. But there are two different pointview about the position of financial talent training. After survey?study and analysis, the article thinks general talent and compound of two talent trainings have different strong points. Each has its characteristic. Each has its market demand. They can't be replace each other. No rigid uniformity should be sought.
